Case Study On The Risk Management Of Body In White Production Line Integration Project Of BBA Company

With lots of restrictions,Body in White Production Line Integration Project isengineering project having technology background.Therefore,there is many potential risks in the project implementation.Now,the domestic automobile enterprises still lack attention on the risks existing in the integration project,which will lead to that the majority of vehicle manufacturers do not have complete risk management process or appropriate corresponding measures to the risks.Potential risks of the integration project which may have bad effect on the whole project,the study on the risk managements on the integration project is especially important.Meanwhile,the study on the risk managements on the integration project will be the new development direction for the automobile enterprises.Taking HC company BIW production line integration F39 project as the case,using the method of case study and following the line of locate,analyze and solve the problem,the paper aims to provide effective measures to the existing problems.There are four parts in this paper.Part one elaborates the research background,significance and the ideas and methods of the paper.In the second part,the paper describes the current status on the BIW integration project,on the BIW integration project management,on the project risk management and states the exiting problems and the typical hazards.In the third part,the paper introduces the relevant theory on risk management,the research progress domestic and abroad,and make analysis on the factors influencing BIW integration project in theory,identify the key factors of the integration project and quantitatively analyses the causes of project risks to provide base for further measures taken in order to reduce the project implantation risks.In the last part,the strategy on project risk management are introduced to found a reference basis for automobile industry on the risk management measures system made.The paper aims to improve the current BIW integration project risk management status with the case study on HC company BIW production line integration F39 project,and then to better control the risk may occur in the process of the BIW production line integration and raise the management level to make the enterprise able to develop steadily and healthy.
