Integration Of Knowledge Based On Body-in-white (BIW) Production Line Planning Management System

Car body-in-white (BIW) production line planning has important influence on the quality and life cycle of BIW development. It has great significance that the existed mature BIW production line planning resolution which has been deposited in knowledge database can be used to aid new BIW production line planning. This thesis objected to the integration of knowledge based on BIW production line planning management system, and the integration and share of process documents based on the actual project was researched, the optimized integration resolution and carrier of process knowledge transferring was chosen. In the resolution of system integration, some special interfaces among each subsystem were built to complete the system integration. As to the process knowledge, MS Excel document model was chosen as the carrier to create process documents, which was applied to the actual situation of knowledge transferring and production line planning process. Therefore, the integrated knowledge based on body-in-white (BIW) production line planning management system has important influence on the theory and project application.
