| The EPC mode is the mainstream engineering contracting mode in the current engineering market,which can not only simplify the owner’s management obligations and reduce the owner’s risk,but also help the general contractor to coordinate the work of various links,shorten the project construction time and improve the project revenue,so the domestic owners and general contractors have started to adopt EPC mode on a large scale.At present,the research on EPC projects in China is mainly focused on housing construction,highways,railroads and other industries,while there is relatively little research on the risk management of sand and gravel crushing line EPC construction projects from the perspective of production manufacturers,and the existing EPC risk management research also lacks in-depth research on the complex cause-effect relationship between risk influencing factors.As the country attaches importance to the ecological environment and raises awareness of natural resources protection,it becomes more and more important to protect the natural environment.Under the guidance of a series of policies such as environmental protection law and standardization of environmental protection supervision,the sand and gravel aggregate industry has also completed the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,and the sand and gravel aggregate industry will develop in the direction of large-scale,modernization,intensification and quality,and the construction mode of sand and gravel aggregate(production line)has also changed from the previous single mode of independent self-built to the EPC construction mode led by sand and gravel equipment manufacturers.Many domestic sand and gravel crushing equipment manufacturers,including Company D,are experiencing a shift from the traditional single machine sales model to the EPC model,which has led Company D to provide customers with a "one-stop" total solution for sand and gravel crushing and screening plants,including line design,manufacturing,labor construction,installation and operation services.In this paper,we conducted an in-depth practical study on Company D,summarized the current situation of Company D’s operation and the problems in project risk management,and learned that Company D’s sand and gravel crushing production line EPC construction project has insufficient understanding of risk management,insufficient attention,lack of a complete project risk management system,and insufficient risk response capability.To address the above problems,this paper takes the risk factors of the sand crushing production line EPC construction project of Company D as the research object,adopts the literature review method and expert consultation method to comprehensively identify the risk factors,and constructs a list of risk factors of the sand crushing production line EPC construction project of Company D,with 23 risk factors in eight categories;Subsequently,through the DEMATEL model,this paper analyzes the correlation between the risk factors of the sand crushing production line EPC construction project of Company D and the importance of each risk factor in the system;through the ISM model,this paper analyzes that the risk factors of the sand crushing production line EPC construction project of Company D can be divided into six layers,and at the same time,the complex relationship between the risk factors is transformed into a visual and well-defined model;based on the explanatory structure model,this paper constructs a Bayesian network model to assess the key risk factors of Company D’s sand crushing production line EPC construction project,specifically including four categories of construction risk,procurement risk,project management efficiency,and design risk.Finally,this paper proposes corresponding risk response suggestions in four aspects: strengthening construction management capability,strengthening procurement management,improving project management efficiency,and improving design capability,which can provide reference for risk management of sand crushing production line EPC construction project of Company D,and also provide reference for risk management of EPC projects of similar enterprises in China. |
