Study On The Form And Renewal Of Mountain Type Settlement In Jizhou County

At present,the "beautiful country" project in China is in full swing,and the development and construction of villages have been taken seriously by the whole society.However,most of the villages in the mountain area are located in areas with complex environment,scarce resources,backward economy and underdeveloped information,this type of mountain settlement(village)has received less attention and protection,especially in the northern region,which has led many northern mountainous settlements to disappear.This paper choose the mountainous settlements and their buildings in Jizhou as the research objects.Jizhou is the only half mountain area in Tianjin,and its mountain settlements have formed different settlement patterns in order to adapt to the regional environment,climate characteristics,cultural customs,architectural skills and building materials.It is precisely because of the particularity of the ecological,formal and cultural forms that the Jizhou mountain type settlements have formed the complete external space structure and the whole order.In this paper,the methods of literature study,field investigation,type induction,comparative analysis and model construction are used to analyze the three levels of "planning layout","spatial characteristics","typical settlements and architectural forms" in the mountainous area of Jizhou.This paper explores the settlement and building types in the mountainous area of Jizhou,and establishes the residential type system,evaluates its characteristics and values.Finally,a set of updated strategies suitable for the mountain settlements in Ji Zhou was concluded and verified in the form of renewal design.The research content of this paper can be divided into three parts:the first part(chapter one)is the basic research,and discusses the research background,current situation and methods of the paper.The second part(chapter two and three)is the research analysis,which can be divided into two parts.The first part is the analysis of the overall investigation,it analyzes the research object prototype from three aspects of general situation,planning and layout and spatial features,then summarizes its characteristics.The second aspect is the analysis of typical mountain type settlement.The paper selects seven villages,such as Xijingyu village,and analyzes them from four aspects:the general situation of the village,the overall pattern of the village,the street pattern and the typical building.The third part(chapter four and five)is to discuss the updating method.The article excavated the characteristic value of Jizhou mountain settlement,and put forward the renewal strategy for the spatial layout form and the building monomer form respectively.At the same time,according to the research results of the second part,summarize the current situation and defects of Xijingyu village,and put forward the update opinions.Then discusses the renewal design of Xijingyu village from four aspects:group planning,monomer design,construction mode and green energy conservation.At present,there are few researches on the northern mountain type settlement in China.Based on the idea of "time system updating",this paper makes a field survey of mountainous settlements in Xijingyu village and analyzes its modern application,hoping to arouse scholars' attention to the northern mountain type settlement.Meanwhile,this article tries to provide a type reference for mountainous settlements and residential morphology of Xijingyu village,and to complement the settlement gene bank of Xijingyu village.
