| In recent years,The water conservancy industry in our country continued rapiddevelopment,in the background of free competition,economic prosperity,the Hydraulic engineering project construction occupies an important position in China’s economic development,is an important part of national infrastructure in our country.Construction of Hydraulic engineering projects for scientific and effective management can not only promote the economic development of our country,still can obtain good social benefit and ecological benefit,therefore,to strengthen the construction of Hydraulic engineering project management,to the actively promote the new development direction,the social development,economic growth,national stability has great significance.Hydraulic engineering has the characteristics of large volume and complicated construction condition,investment more commonly,large scale,long construction period,complex geological conditions,before the construction of great uncertainty,Uncertainty and hydrological conditions will also affect the construction schedule,we need according to these factors for the allocation of resources for people,material,machine,construction plan,construction method etc.All aspects to do detailed,meticulous arrangements,the water conservancy project construction technology are extremely complex,so we must strictly in accordance with the relevant technical specifications and the basic construction procedures.Therefore,it is of great significance for the project to carry on the progress management of Hydraulic engineering.Based on the method of schedule management classification and comparison in this paper,at last we choose the gray GERT(G-GERT)of construction project time limit for a project evaluation and management.On the basis of the classical GERT,we retain the advantages of its randomness,using the theory of grey on the improvement.Using gray GERT network model calculated get predicted cycles.It provides a good method to the the progress management of the project.Finally the grey GERT model applied to the engineering example of calculation and analysis,and the results will classical GERT and gray GERT comparing the calculation results,verify the gray GERT model applicability and superiority in the water conservancy construction project progress management. |
