At present, some large construction enterprises in China have become international, to participate in the competition of international construction enterprises, the domestic construction enterprise demands higher management method. Construction schedule of the method for the preparation of a traditional hydropower,station, although the use of a certain network planning method and management mode, but in the schedule planning and management process still exist some problems. For example:planning method is backward and single, fail to study the main control factors and uncertain factors, and the preparation of the results may be affected by the subjective factors.Most construction of concrete dam is divided into several positions by working plan, the project schedule by working plan is big, so the storehouse surface is prior to the pouring of concrete to develop detailed and with guiding the storehouse surface of plan, in order to ensure the dam construction schedule according to the established plan. In the actual project construction process, concrete storehouse surface construction in many factors and randomness. Traditional storehouse surface planning method, while considering the probability of occurrence of an event, but the manifestation is relatively simple, can not completely reflect storehouse surface construction facing the possibilities of occurrence of an event, so the use of traditional storehouse surface planning method is not comprehensive reaction chamber surface construction of the control factors.This paper attempts to simplify a working unite to do research, and put forward a kind of GERT network planning method. In this paper, we first research on the roller compacted concrete dam storehouse surface partition method of data analysis and sorting, summed up the storehouse surface longitudinal and transverse size calculation method, presents a solution on the current concrete storehouse surface division of lack of complete system. Then, the preparation of the affirmative CPM storehouse surface plan, network planning to set many random factors, to the initial setting time of heterogeneous concrete as concrete block time node, by pouring efficiency and casting time to determine the pouring amount, CPM calculations model to get the pouring time-working parameters, chief engineer and chief engineer. Finally, random factors are added in the above mentioned above, and the various selective schemes are considered when the concrete exposure time exceeds the initial setting time.Using GERT on the chamber surface modeling and calculate the pouring time, workload parameters, finally storehouse surface construction, which is subject to the probability distribution and the calculation method of the confidence interval, and can get the pouring position of each time node. The calculation results are not only in line with roller compacted concrete dam storehouse surface construction characteristics, but also has a strong role in guiding the construction process of the project, in order to compiling method of storehouse surface plan will to the dam progress plan establishment has very important role.
