Research On Information Security Risk Management And Control Of Information Project In CL Group Construction Project

At present,before the wave of informationization,the construction of informationization within enterprises is becoming more and more important.Data system has already become the basic requirement for the survival and expansion of various industries because of its accurate,effective and interrelated performance.The level of informationization has also become the key marker to measure the level of organizational expansion and competitiveness.However,when gaining this part of the benefits,the leakage of sensitive information will lead to economic losses.As a result,more companies pay attention to the key of ensuring the company's data security,so that data security arouses the general attention of the company's control members.Nowadays,the network environment is becoming more and more severe.The security defense of company data system involves the long-term and stable expansion of enterprises.The members of company control must think about this problem from the perspective of enterprise development policy.As with other construction projects,the data system must take economic investment as the precondition in safety construction,so the completion of data security will be constrained by economic conditions.As a result,the company has two basic conditions for data security projects:taking the same data security rules as the goal,and on this basis,the most important is To ensure the financial investment is small to the maximum;to ensure the data security is large to the maximum under the limited financial investment environment.In order to achieve these two goals,the economic evaluation and risk analysis of the quantitative method for data security project is the key reference for the feasibility analysis and research of the project,as well as a key reference for the capital investment and resolution of data security project.Taking CL Group as the research object,this paper studies the information security risk management and control of many information projects in its construction projects.After analyzing the main risks existing in these information projects,this paper puts forward the information security risk management and control strategy,and implements the risk and hazard index in the project risk management and control.The relevant system of risk and hazard indicators is set up,the weight of risk and hazard indicators is confirmed by hierarchical analysis method,and the risk and hazard are graded by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to enhance project risk management and control,make efforts to improve the system of risk and hazard analysis research method,and assist CL Group strengthens risk management and control in the process of informationization projects in construction projects,completes the integrated operation of company informationization more quickly and qualitatively,and provides reliable reference for the selection and evaluation system of risk and hazard entrepreneurship projects.
