The problem of urban road traffic congestion is one of the bottlenecks that restricts urban economic development,reduces people's quality of life,and weakens economic vitality,and is a focus of people's livelihood.In recent years,traffic congestion has also spread in second-and third-tier cities.Research on the spread of traffic congestion and control and optimization strategies is important to alleviate urban traffic congestion,improve road network service capabilities,and enhance people's sense of gain and happiness Meaning.With the development of the city,the traffic system has become more and more complicated.This article addresses the current problem of the radiative spread of urban traffic congestion and the low efficiency of road network services,combined with the changing development law of traffic congestion and big data technologies,to establish a traffic congestion environment.Model for vehicle operation risk identification,construction of traffic congestion radiation spread model,analysis of road network service capacity degradation and evolution process,proposed road network traffic congestion control zoning method,establishment of traffic congestion control and dredging optimization model,the main work of this paper And scientific research results mainly include the following three aspects:(1)The causes of traffic congestion are analyzed from the aspects of traffic supply and demand,traffic management,and traffic planning.The traffic congestion in this paper is defined.The spatial and temporal distribution of traffic congestion and the characteristics of traffic flow in a congested environment are analyzed.Kunming is taken as an example.,Establish a traffic congestion influencing factor analysis model based on the principal component analysis theory.(2)Summarize and summarize commonly used road network traffic congestion evaluation index systems,and analyze their advantages and disadvantages.The vehicle operation risk in the traffic congestion environment is analyzed as the risk in the process of congestion formation and congestion dissipation.Based on the improved BP neural network,the vehicle operation risk identification model in the traffic congestion environment is constructed,and the influence degree of each indicator is analyzed.(3)Through the use of big data technologies such as web crawlers,crawling traffic situation data on online maps and combining other traffic information data,the problem of traffic congestion and spread in the road network is abstracted into the spread of poisonous gas in the air and the spread of viruses.Based on the Gaussian smoke and rain model and SIR-based traffic congestion radiation diffusion model and traffic congestion propagation model,the examples are applied and compared with the prediction results and actual conditions of the Gaode map,respectively.The prediction accuracy of the model is higher..Based on the radiation diffusion model and the shear stress theory in material mechanics,the influence of traffic congestion on the degradation of road network service capacity is analyzed,and a method for identifying key sections of the road network is proposed.(4)The urban road network traffic congestion is divided into districts.Traffic division methods based on the Ncut theory and the link degree model are proposed respectively.Based on this,the characteristics of the macro basic map are used to establish a road network traffic congestion control model,and the bi-level programming theory is established.The optimization model of traffic congestion guidance is based on the simulation model.The effect of the model established in this paper on the control of traffic congestion is significantly better than that of the system generation scheme.This paper studies the causes of traffic congestion,the identification of vehicle operation risks in a congested environment,the evaluation of traffic congestion,the spread of traffic congestion and its degradation of road network service capabilities,the study of traffic congestion control,and the guidance model to form a complete set of system traffic The congestion management scheme can not only take the initiative to prevent traffic congestion before it occurs,but also master the law after traffic congestion occurs and take proactive measures to control and optimize traffic congestion..
