Research On The Detailed Planning Control Elements Of Mountain Scenic Spots

In recent years,tourism in scenic spots has become more and more popular among the general public.Scenic spots have been developed to meet the needs of the market.Some scenic spots have neglected the protection of the ecological environment.The contradiction between the protection of scenic resources in scenic spots and the development of scenic spots is particularly prominent.As a link between the overall planning and management,the detailed planning plays a key role in the protection and management of scenic spots,and the current relevant standards,The control content in the norm is not perfect,the actual results are not ideal,and the pertinence is not strong.This study takes the mountain-type scenic spot as the starting point,conducts research on the control elements of the detailed planning of mountain-type scenic spots,and tries to construct a control element system suitable for mountain-type scenic spots,and extracts,explains and integrates the control elements..First of all,based on the summary of the theory and the analysis of the problems encountered by the managers of the scenic spot in practice,the author initially proposes a control element system of mountain-type scenic spots from two aspects of protection and construction,and screens and supplements each element through the Delphi method.And adjustments to finalize the detailed planning and control element system of mountain-type scenic spots,mainly including: resource protection,supporting facilities,environmental capacity,behavioral activities,landscape style,land use,and residential areas;the seven major categories;Landscape resources protection control,hierarchical protection 21 categories such as control and artificial environment capacity control;72 subcategories such as ecological sensitivity analysis,forest coverage rate,total construction volume,architectural style,and environmental capacity.Secondly,according to the system of control elements,a systematic study was conducted on the categories of control elements,control content,and control methods,and the meanings of each control element,the points of control,control methods,and control methods were described in detail.Regulations,quantification of indicators,calibration of plans,and design guidance are four ways to control each control element.Finally,this system of control elements was applied to the detailed planning of the Qingshan Area of the quarrying scenic spot.Through the corresponding plans,provisions,and quantitative indicators,the Qingshan Area was controlled,which had a certain role ofdemonstration and guidance.The focus of this study is to protect the sustainable use of landscape resources,increase the content of resource protection,environmental capacity,development of home names,and the control of landscape features in the planning content,and strengthen the pertinence of the detailed planning of mountain-type scenic spots.
