Research On Conservation Planning Of Longhu Mountain Scenic Spots

Landscape protection is one fundamental problem of the planning study in scenic area, especially the control scenic step such as development and construct ion process. This process can not effect ively coordinate the protect ion and utilization. There exists serious issues such as ineffective resource protection and scenic spots urbanization, Therefore, the King source's protection is particularly difficult.I have the honor to participate the master plan of Longhu mountain, with the help of the team the dissertation begin with the investigation of the landscape protect ion. The present study selected Longhu Moutain scenic area as a typical case of empirical research by a multi-disciplinary method, combined with literature research and comparative study, We focused on Longhu Mountain scenic area protection training program based on the system theory and the theory of sustainable development. Learned from domestic and international protection of the scenic area planning, we explored the designation of scenic spots protection training planning methods, protection measures and strategies. Furthermore, an extension of protection training program in scenic area was investigated. This study would benefit future construction of Longhu Mountain scenic area, and be a reference of other scenic spots protection. The main conclusions of this study are the following three aspects:First of all, the previous " Longhu Mountain Scenic Area Master Plan" had a good analysis of landscape resources, landscape features, the qualitative nature of scenic spots. District planning and layout is reasonable, and cons is tent with the des i gnat ion of the actual si tuation and development. However, the scale of tourism and hospitality facilities, distribution prediction is not scientific, scenic resource protection and exploitation of the direction is not clear. The planning objectives are difficult to achieve.Secondly, based on the prior protection of scenic resource, and the system and ecological theory, conservation planning are divided into scenic spots, tourist reception area, construction control area, and take classification methods and protection measures, Luxi River carved out of the skeleton, showing the distribution group for large land area of twelve core protected areas, coordinating the handling of protected cultivation, exploitation, management of the relationship and to strengthen measures to guide planning.Finally, the Scenic Area residents plan play an important role for health, harmony, sustainable development of scenic area, and thus the "scientific planning, unified management, strict protection and sustainable use" as the guidelines to develop effective policies and management measures. The plan is to tour the scenic value of landscape resources, nature, function and protect the use of specific embodiment, on the basis of import tour the project, set supporting facilities for the smooth development of travel tours, travel tours to improve the quality and enhance regional economic development.
