Research On Schedule Management Of Primary Land Develop In LZ Project

China is in a new period of historical change,the main contradiction in China has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing demand for better life and the unbalanced development,on Report to the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the demands of urban and rural residents to the public service are upgrading,the process of urbanization in China is still steadily advancing,and the function of urban infrastructure is becoming more and more perfect,it is also gradually recognized that the Primary Land Develop project is the only way for the process of urbanization.The project schedule management started late in our country,in particular,in the Primary Land Develop project.The paper selects the Primary Land Develop project of LZ as a case,and studies the schedule management of this project,which is of practical significance for the schedule management of this kind of project.Based on the review of domestic and foreign research status,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the schedule management of LZ Project by using the method of questionnaire,and summarizes the reasons for the schedule management of LZ Project.The paper uses the literature research and the qualitative and quantitative analysis to research on schedule management of the Primary Land Develop project of the LZ.The schedule management of LZ Project is studied,and the improved earned value analysis method is proposed,which can be more accurate and image analysis of the project schedule deviation,and the schedule deviation can be quantified with the cost,which can enlighten the project in the schedule management.In order to improve the schedule management of the LZ Project,such as that the public platform should be set up to ensure the transparency of the land expropriation and removal,the communication between the participating units should be strengthened,the efficient information sharing mechanism and some measures for the schedule management should be established.Through the study of the schedule management of this kind of project,it is concluded that the schedule management of land expropriation and demolition and municipal infrastructure construction are closely combined to improve the schedule management of the kind of project more effectively.
