Research On Economic Risk Management Of Construction Projects In The New Outpatient Building Of T Hospital

At present,with the continuous progress of urbanization,the related construction of medical institutions in China is also in full swing.People have higher requirements for medical environment and medical facilities.Hospital construction projects are a powerful guarantee for public infrastructure construction and a smooth construction rhythm.The construction payment environment is the basic condition for guaranteeing the construction.Due to the public welfare of the hospital itself and the efficient operation capability required for the professional functional area after the hospital is put into use,there is a higher demand for the quality of project construction and safety and security.In order to guarantee the smooth operation of hospital engineering construction projects under high-efficiency operations,various cross-operations,contract negotiations,and operating funds are to be completed in a reasonable and orderly manner,we must pay attention to the economic risk management of hospital construction projects.This article takes T hospital's new outpatient comprehensive building construction project as a specific case to identify the possible economic risks of the project.The risks include external environmental risk,cost risk,contract risk,settlement risk and other aspects,and establish risk The evaluation index system,through the complex algorithm,obtains the overall economic risk of the hospital construction project construction project,evaluates the economic risk of the construction project,and concludes that the overall result of the risk assessment of the construction project of the T hospital construction project is a general risk.More than 70%of the scholars have great hopes for the project and believe that there is little risk.Based on the risk assessment of the project,corresponding strategic suggestions for the project's economic risk control and response were put forward.
