With the development of underwater acoustic technology,the categories of underwater acoustic devices are more rich,the status are more important and the use is more frequetly.One of the most important things is to detect the performance of these devices.In this paper,a low power,multi-functional equipment for underwater acoustic testing which is applicble to avariety of occasions is designed.It can be used in many fields such as the testing and calibration of sonar,underwater target detection,sonar operation training,underwater monitoring,noise simulation,sea acceptance test and so on.This paper focuses on the design of low power,low noise and small volume of the system,and completes the design and development of several modules,including signal conditioning,signal acquisition,data transmission,signal resolution,data storage and signal generation.The power consumption of the system is reduced and the dynamic range of the system is increased by using a power consumption adjustable 24 bit ADC.The TMS320C6000 Series High-Performance floating point operation DSP is used as the core of data processing to ensure the real-time performance of data processing,and provides a high quality hardware platform for embedding high-precision and large computation algorithm.Using embedded processor ARM9 to realize the high efficiency of data storage and reading,reduce the difficulty of development,and reserve sufficient allowance for the system upgrade.The use of large capacity SSD and high read and write speed SATA interface not only makes full use of the performance of the processing chip,but also enables the system to have enough storage space,which satisfies the needs of the system to store multiple waveform files and long time data acquisition when working under the water.In order to verify the performance of the work of the hardware platform,the paper tested the various indicators of the platform in the laboratory environment and carried out a pool test.It is verified that the hardware platform designed in this paper is stable,and the indicators meet the design requirements.
