Vectorial buoy works as an common equipment of underwater positioning system inrealizing the original acoustic data collection, the acoustic data storage and uploading theresult of experiments. The front detection equipments need improving performance as well asthe volume, speed, stability and consumption with the continuous development of underwateracoustic technology. This paper designs a vectorial buoy storage platform system, aiming atbuilding a real-time, multi-channel and massive data storage system.This paper finished the hardware design and debugging of the vectorial buoy storageplatform. The specific content of the work is as follows:Design and complete the vectorial buoy storage platform’s hardware circuits based onOMAP-L138, including schematic design and PCB production. The hardware circuits includemodulus conversion circuit, digital signal processing circuit, network communication circuitand power circuit. Then debug analog-to-digital conversion module, the MCASP interfaces,EDMA, SATA interface, compile the read and write procedures of the hard disk, realizing thereading and writing of the hard disk successfully. This thoughts of the design includecontrolling AD sampling through CPLD; Cache and transmit three-way real-time data;Completely transmite data through MCASP interface and EDMA. Then store the data in thehard disk in the form of files through the SATA interface.At the end of this paper, I made verification and testing of vectorial buoy data storageplatform,including the system of data collection module and storage moudle. Then, tested thespeed of the storage and system consumption, summarized the content of the paper, putsforward the insufficient and the problems to improve, making preparation for the futureresearch of vectorial buoy storage system.
