As a core element of the hydraulic control system,high pressure hydraulic valve plays a very important role in hydraulic technology. The performance of high pressure hydraulic valve directly affects the control level of the entire hydraulic system. With the rapidly developing of the industrial production and the continuously expanding of the application areas of hydraulic transmission and control device,the status and function of high pressure hydraulic valve are improved. And the test technology of relative performance of high pressure hydraulic valve is also getting higher.This paper analyzes and summarizes the deficiencies of the existing high-pressure hydraulic valve testing system. Based on the OMAP-L138 dual core processor, this paper develops a portable high pressure hydraulic valve automatic test system devices to achieve the overshoot testing, dynamic bidirectional buffer function testing,and LS circuit pressure fluctuation testing.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1) This paper constructs the overall structure of the high pressure hydraulic valve testing system with analyzing the functional requirements and design ideas of the high pressure hydraulic valve testing system.(2) This paper analyzes the existing high pressure hydraulic valve testing system and completes the selection of core chip. Then based on OMAP-L138 chip, this paper completes the hardware system design,which includes the main processor module,the data storage module,the signal acquisition module,the LCD display module,the communication interface module, and the power management module.(3) According to the DSP+ARM dual core characteristics of OMAP-L138,this paper completes the building of the Linux development environment and realizes the dual core communication between ARM and DSP based on SysLink component. This paper also develops the analog-to-digital conversion sampling program,characteristic curve testing program,and Qt debugger program.
