Along with the rapid development of electric power industry and the scale-up of power network, the structure become more complex. The security threats of misoperation incidents on the network, equipment, physical and the resulting loss have become an increasingly serious problem. Therefore, adopting misoperation locking device in substation has become a kind of important and effective technical measure for preventing the misoperation.Based on the in-depth studying on the basic principles, locking design, features and the structural model of computertized anti-misoperation and lockout system, considering the actual operation of chonggan 110 kV unattended substation,from the system components and connect major types of data files of the establishment, as well as system initialization, and so on, the FY2000 type computerized anti-mislock system installation and operation of the entire process have been introduced ,which provides a workable reference to specific examples, convenienting for operation personnel to kown well and master technical features and methods of functions to achieve of anti-misoperation and lockout system .In addition, according to the operation practical experience of all types computeritized anti-mislock system in Shizuishan regional power network, a more comprehensive and detailed problems analysis has been implemented, and effective improvements have been proposed, which provide the practical experience in the technology and theory for better computeritized anti-mislock system.Practice has proved that the microcomputer anti-mislock system,compared with other types of devices, is highly intelligent, multifunctional and simple operation, convenient to maintenance and expansion, with friendly man-machine interface, and the functions easier to achieve for logic components operating rules easily edit input, operation and management of the production records, statistics, and so on .As the application of the system , the reliability of substation equipment operation and electricity supply greatly increased, and the probability of equipment accidents is significantly decreased, so does the repair and maintenance costs. It has played an important role for preventing electrical accidents, as well as triggering the personal, network equipment.
