The electric power industry is a basic industry that affects the stable development of the country.Any electric accident will seriously affect the generation and life of residents,and it may even lead to the collapse of the entire power grid.The blackouts in the United States,India and other countries are the best evidence.It is incumbent on each power company to ensure reliable power supply.In order to reduce the occurrence of accidents,related companies have conducted in-depth analysis of the main causes of accidents.The analysis found that the power accidents caused by misoperation of operators account for a large proportion of the many causes of power accidents.In order to avoid the destructive effects caused by the operator’s misoperation,experts in related fields conducted a large number of studies and proposed methods such as mechanical anti-misoperation locking,electrical anti-misoperation locking,and microcomputer anti-misoperation locking.These anti-misoperations effectively reduce the number of accidents caused by operator misoperation.However,mechanical locking,electrical anti-misoperation locking,the traditional off-line computer error prevention and locking system,and the semi-online microcomputer anti-misoperation locking system developed in recent years with the sensor network have not satisfied the power because of their own inadequacies.The requirements of companies for preventing and preventing mis-locking systems,especially after the country proposes a smart grid development plan,are more obvious.In this paper,based on the in-depth study of the existing anti-misoperation locking system,an online micro-anti-misoperation locking system based on Ethernet is designed and implemented.The on-line power five-prevention system is based on the traditional offline computer-based anti-misoperation locking system in the operation process of the power plant and substation power transmission and transformation operations,and the original new anti-misoperation operating system.The system can realize the information sharing between sites and can realize the real-time monitoring of the status of field devices and locks.At the same time,the system also realizes the four-way operation of the equIPment.This is also the difference between the current microcomputer anti-misoperation locking system and the semi-online microcomputer anti-misoperation locking system.Compared with other existingmicrocomputer-based anti-misoperation locking systems,the text-based anti-misoperation locking system is more automated and easier to use.The main innovations and contributions of this article are as follows:1)Conduct a systematic study of the existing anti-misoperation locking system,in-depth analysis of the basic implementation princIPles and advantages and disadvantages of each locking system.The imbalance between supply and demand was compared,and the necessity and importance of continuing to study the system for preventing and preventing erroneous locking were fully demonstrated.2)Design and implement an Ethernet-based on-line microcomputer error prevention and locking system.The system solves the problem of low transmission rate using RS485 bus communication.3)Improve the traditional lock-out process and solve the problem of "walk-away" that is commonly found in existing microcomputer-based anti-misoperation locking systems.4)Discusses the application of online microcomputer error prevention and locking system in smart grid,and proves the correctness and effectiveness of this design through practice.In order to verify the correctness of the Ethernet-based online computer-based anti-misoperation locking,we have carried out a large number of tests.The test results show that the system designed in this paper has high stability and reliability.In addition,we used the tested system in the power plant and we fully met our expectations from the feedback of the use results. |
