Technology Design And Application Of "Multi-meter Reading Consolidation" Construction Project In Caofeidian Zone

The state grid corporation of China has promotedthe program of the water,electricity,gas,and heat with a multi-meter reading consolidation in all provincial power companies,and continuously promoted the energy data collection program.The multi-meter reading consolidation system can take full advantage of the built electricity information collection platform and rely on the mature electricity information collection architecture to collect the data of electricity,water,gas and heat.In this way,the water,electricity,gas,and heat data can be shared to build a resource-saving society.In order to implement the popularization and application of multi-meter combination program carried out by state grid of Hebei electric power corporation,this paper analyzes the multi-meter reading consolidation project in 2016 of Caofeidian district power company in Hebei province.First of all,this paper analyzes the communication technology of the multi-meter reading consolidation system based on the electricity information collection platform,including the M-BUS,RS-485,micro power wireless,wireless public network and power line carrier,etc.The information exchange modes between the terminal information collection system and the power distribution master stations are also studied,which lays the foundation for the multi-meter reading consolidation system of Caofeidian area in the following sections.Secondly,this paper proposes the typical technical solutions for the multi-meter reading consolidation system in Caofeidian area.The solutions about how to build the corresponding multi-meter reading consolidation scheme based on the current electrical information collection system are also analyzed,including upgrading the wireless module,replacing the dual-mode module,increasing the communication interface converter.The implementing of the multi-meter reading consolidation program in 2016 of Caofeidian area are also summed up.Finally,taking the project of the multi-meter reading consolidation system based on the electricity information collecting system of Caofeidian area in 2016 as the research object,this paper concludes the overall architecture of the multi-meter reading consolidation system,including the multi-mode communication network hardware architecture and the networking communications and so on.It also analyzes about how the multi-meter reading consolidation system are established based on the existing electrical information collection system,including the reconstruction of metering device and the expansion of the electrical information collection system.Then,this paper summarizes the operation and management system of the multi-meter reading consolidation terminal in Caofeidian area.
