In recent years, the rapid development of intelligent power grid, electricity information collection system construction has entered a period of the outbre-ak,application of deepening and economic evaluation are two main aspects of evaluation system, the study proposes high-quality LV centralized readreading terminal is an urgent task. According to reports, state grid electric energy data acquisition system will be completed in2015, estimated to achieve outer suburb,mountain "full coverage" of the difficult, and all kinds of local com-municationtechnology are not completely pass, a new means of communication in the use phase, and the communication technology rapid development, the terminal will beconstantly updated technology, the market is always energetic, prospect.Terminal based on public distribution transformer foracquisition unit, the first local centralized meter reading terminal using the collection data transmission ne-twork, all the residents of the distribution transformer meter into the centralized meter readingmanagement scope, communication through the local meter reading, centralized measurement and data acquisition of the meter, and then through the remotedata communication, electricity information to the master system upload, and accept the station management instruction, complete the centralized management of user measurement meter, through the meter in the master station of the system under the supervision of the implementation of pre paid power management function.This paper proposes the use of industrial-grade32-bit ARM9processor, Linux operating system, the use of PPP multiplexing uplink communications technology, combined with our years of design experience in the design of centralized meter reading arm9platform based on low-voltage terminal, and information in more than electricity collection site long run.Flexible product configuration, the downlink can be collected using RS485, micro-power radio, and other narrow-band carriers, uplink communication can be GPRS/CDMA, Ethernet, MODEM, fiber etc., preferably satisfies the terminal information collection system requirements, with very broad market prospects.
