Strategies,models And Methods Of Neighborhood Landscape Space Construction

The development of society,the transformation of residential patterns,and the change of neighborhood relations also bring about many problems,such as indifference among neighbors,lack of vitality in neighborhoods,lack of sense of participation among residents,etc.finding neighbors to get along with each other,building neighborhood space and enhancing the sense of belonging of residents have also become a new topic.Based on the study of neighborhood landscape space,this paper explores the spatial attributes and social attributes of neighborhoods based on the basic research of neighborhood theory,and defines the neighborhood landscape.By investigating the residents’ behavior activities,it puts the activities in the neighborhood activity space,and puts forward four strategies for creating space,namely,the leisure space in front of the house,the vitality space in the courtyard,the street life space and the community gathering space.Based on the neighbourhood landscape elements system,the elements are composed of evaluation indicators.The evaluation model is constructed by AHP method,and the qualitative evaluation is carried out.The qualitative analysis is applied to quantitative analysis by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the results of scientific research are reflected.Taking Huaining happy home district as an example,Through the analysis and evaluation of neighborhood landscape space evaluation model,we draw a conclusion and put all kinds of building modes in the foregoing into consideration,aiming at their deficiencies.In summary,the article gives a new definition of neighborhood landscape,innovative graphic design,scientific evaluation method,and provides a series of ways to collect landscape architecture from the needs of residents,hoping to provide reference for neighborhood environment design and related research.
