Study On Design Of Minimalism In The Industrial Style Catering Space

With the development of the catering industry and the consumer changing demand for food and beverage,the promotion of food and beverage environment has become a new object of concern for consumers and merchants.Under this background,catering design with personalized products has been gradually accepted by the domestic consumer market,and also has become one of the mainstream design of the current dining space.This article focuses on the design and research of minimalism in the catering space of industrial style,and expounds the relationship between the development history of minimalism and the interior space design.Firstly,the concept of minimalism and interior design are introduced.Secondly,the design case of domestic and foreign industrial style restaurant interior detail analysis,through to the minimalist style dining space design in the industry in the theoretical research and use of minimalist element analysis,summed up the minimalism in the related application technique of interior design elements.Furthermore,the author chose to nanjing 1865 creative industrial park E11 workshop as the carrier of minimalism dining space concept design,for the industrial style dining space design involves many factors,through the indoor design highlights the dining space theme culture characteristics and to improve the quality of the indoor environment.With the theme of lighting and interior decoration as well as soft decoration and other details,the minimalist concept is better reflected in the design practice.Section by the end of the article in view of the concept of minimalism in the general industrial style dining space design of the application of summary and outlook,with its to be used for reference in the dining space design in the future.
