In recent years,people's quality of life has gradually improved,but with the destruction of the ecological environment and frequent food safety problems,more and more people begin to pay attention to the ecology,eager for green consumption.The concept of green development put forward at the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee urges people to change the traditional consumption mode and encourage people to experience more of the consumption mode of green ecology.Under this background,ecological restaurants which provide green organic food for people to create an ecological environment close to nature have gradually become the mainstream of consumption.However,although many restaurants are labeled "green" and "ecological",they are pale in design form and content,and lack of connection and connotation among their interior landscape design elements.Many landscape designers have not fully understood and understood what green ecology is,resulting in the emergence of a large number of "non-ecological" restaurants.It is urgent to study the sustainable development of interior landscape design of ecological restaurants.According to the requirements of the green development concept,this paper discusses the background,content,purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the interior landscape design of the ecologicalrestaurant,and systematically states the origin,development status and types of the ecological restaurant from two main lines at home and abroad.Based on the on-site investigation and analysis of representative ecological restaurants in Xi'an and Beijing,this paper summarizes the existing problems in their design according to their current situation,and thus establishes the main objectives of this study.This paper analyses the elements of the interior space of the ecological restaurant,and discusses them from four aspects: functional types,spatial characteristics and constituent elements.It points out the core elements of the interior landscape design of the restaurant,that is,space,landscape,humanities,engineering and other elements.At the same time,referring to the theoretical knowledge of facility horticulture,landscape aesthetics,landscape ecology,environmental space science,environmental psychology,architecture and so on,this paper constructs the interior landscape planning system of ecological restaurant,puts forward the design principles of combining the two,and detailed strategies and methods of interior landscape design of ecological restaurant,which provides theoretical guidance and technical support for interior landscape design of ecological restaurant.The principles of interior landscape design of Ecological Restaurant proposed above are applied to the design example of "Century LotusSound" ecological restaurant in Qujiang,Xi'an.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation and analysis of its location,location and spatial layout,this paper puts forward the detailed design scheme of "Century Lotus Sound" ecological restaurant in Qujiang,Xi'an,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance for the development of the interior landscape design of ecological restaurant.Finally,I put forward my argument that building a comprehensive and diversified eco-restaurant,which integrates the functions of "eating,living,traveling,shopping and entertainment",is the inevitable trend of the future development of "green,low-carbon,sustainable" eco-restaurant.
