In this paper,the new Chinese hotel catering space design is the main research object.Through my own research and Analysis on the design of new Chinese hotels in China,Japan and South Korea,combined with a large number of theoretical information of related disciplines,this paper summarizes and refines the elements and spatial characteristics of new Chinese hotels,and makes corresponding explanations on the design points of catering areas.Using theoretical analysis and practical cases,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of the design content,and based on the research conclusions,supports my research design of the actual project Lianyungang Crescent Water Construction New Chinese Hotel.This paper introduces the discussion of new Chinese style from the cultural point of view,and studies the style,function and layout of interior design derived from the positioning of hotel catering business model.It innovatively breaks the conventional hotel function practices and takes banquet center as the main entry point.This paper is devoted to the design of new Chinese-style hotels in the following six parts:Part One: Background Analysis of the Research ObjectsThis paper expounds the background of the times,clarifies the purpose and significance of the study,and uses comparative analysis method to analyze the research status of new Chinese hotel catering space at home and abroad.This paper briefly evaluates and summarizes the research results at home and abroad,and obtains the research methods.Part Two: the current situation of Chinese studies in Japan and KoreaEmphasis is laid on the study of the development of Chinese style in Japan and Korea,which are the same origin of Chinese classical culture.The research results have practical and referential significance for the later research design.Part Three: An Overview of New Chinese StyleThis paper expounds the understanding of modern new Chinese style and innovatively puts forward the concept of new Chinese style.It specifies the elements,manifestations and cultural connotations of the new Chinese style.Part Four-Design Research ContentsBased on the new Chinese style,we should readjust according to the market competition demand,add new management ideas,locate new layout,summarize the main points of design,and lay down the guiding ideology and basic principles for the following design practice-Crescent Water Construction Hotel design.Part Five: Description of Design ContentTaking the design of Lianyungang Crescent Water Construction New Chinese Hotel as an example,this paper illustrates the design guidelines,creative techniques,implementation of the scheme and the expected operation effect in the later period of the project.Part Six-Summary of the full textBased on personal professional learning background and knowledge structure,this paper summarizes the gains and losses in practical projects,and summarizes the full-text design theory and design practice content.
