Study On The Design Of Chinese Style Restaurant For Large Cruise Lines

With the increasing demands of tourists on the functions and space environment of cruise ships,the differentiation and personalized service of interior decoration aesthetic design of cruise ships are becoming more and more obvious.Although the aesthetic design of cruise ship is developed with reference to the interior design theory of onshore buildings,cruise ship also has its own space limitations,various functions,complexity of personnel composition,as well as the particularity of surrounding environment and materials.At present,in the space design of large-scale cruise restaurant in China,it is still mainly based on the reference and reference of western design experience.The embodiment of Chinese culture and lifestyle,as well as the expression of modern aesthetics,has not been well demonstrated.Therefore,Chinese elements will become an important part of Chinese catering space design,which requires in-depth discussion and practice.It is also the key medium for Chinese catering culture and large cruise ships independently produced in China to go international.In order to explore the design of cruise restaurant that makes Chinese people more comfortable,this paper focuses on the design of large cruise restaurant based on the Chinese design style.This paper starts with the restaurant design principles of large cruise ships,and analyzes the design requirements of large cruise ships from the functional and humanistic aspects.Then combined with the existing large cruise catering space and hotel Chinese catering space of the actual case comparison,and summarize the characteristics of Chinese style style.And then explore the contemporary world large cruise ship restaurant design in the shape and interior decoration and other aspects of the aesthetic art,large cruise ship functional restaurant features of different functions,and summarized.The major cruise is obtained in the design of dining-room problems such as lack of Chinese culture,Chinese style style old,again according to the design requirements of Chinese style dining-room induce specific Chinese culture connotation,embodies the Chinese aesthetic standard and large cruise restaurant design method of Chinese culture and the design principles and design method of concrete in this;In the end,the design principles and methods mentioned above are demonstrated and applied in practice.In order to make the Chinese tourists on a cruise ship experience satisfaction to ascend,for the future China cruise restaurant design to provide valuable basis,this thesis from the dining room of Chinese style style as the starting point,based on the offer passengers more embodies the Chinese culture characteristics of major cruise internal and space structure,the paper based on this,through reading a large number of references,and on the investigation of typical Chinese style dining-room design at the same time,as well as the reference for relevant design experience,to guarantee the feasibility of the design scheme,hope this research can be of major cruise Chinese style dining-room design provides a new train of thought.
