Study On Landscape Design Of Dongyue Mingcheng Residence In Longquan,Chengdu

Living is one of the most basic needs of people,and is closely related to the survival of everyone.With the improvement of people's living standard,the occupants will naturally have higher requirements for their living standard.Now China has realized the transformation from residential welfare to commercialization,and the vigorous rise of the real estate industry has made people have more choices in their living environment.As a common area shared by people,residential landscape can be regarded as a common "courtyard".More and more people began to pay attention to the new factors of the residential landscape environment,and began to emphasize the safe,comfortable and beautiful living environment,so more developers and designers began to actively explore more scientific and reasonable residential district landscape design.In this paper,the theoretical background and actual background of residential district are studied and analyzed,and the purpose,significance and research content of this study are determined.Secondly,the principles of residential landscape design in China and abroad are compared and explored,and then the principle of holistic,regional culture and function are obtained.Principles,aesthetic principles,ecologicalization and basic principles such as human text and design methods of hard landscape,soft landscape and landscape structure.Then through the means of consulting information and questionnaire survey,the living habits and specific needs of residents in Longquanyi District of Chengdu are fully investigated and understood.The questionnaire survey mainly through the age composition of the residents,the degree of education,the satisfaction of the view of the existing residential community and the specific needs of the residents.It is not difficult to find that the main users of the public space in the community are old and young,and the degree of education is relatively high,but the residents are not satisfied with the greening of the community.It is necessary to pay attention to the existing problems and to fully investigate and understand the local natural conditions and regional texts.The local people have a unique natural condition,a relatively gentle terrain and rich plant resources,and create a comfortable and leisurely living environment according to the slower living rhythm of the local people,from the space division,the construction of the view of the water body,the plant distribution and the hard landscape.The residential area was discussed and planned,and a landscape design scheme for residential district in Longquanyi District of Chengdu was finally developed.Through these research contents,the relationship between people and nature in the community is more closely linked,the landscape function of the community is improved,the comfort of the living experience is improved,the overall environment of the community is more harmonious and a reference for the residential environment construction in the future.
