Thermoformed vacuum packaging is loved by people,but its bottom film must be a stretched film and cannot be printed,so don’t have a beautiful appearance.A prefabricated bag vacuum machine can produce a beautiful appearance,but its production capacity is low,packaging efficiency is not high.Therefore,it is important to study a new packaging technology to solve these problem.A multi-chamber flexible packaging folding forming technique is put forward,which could provide a new packaging form,improved the production efficiency and meet the development requirements of the industry.Research mainly includes the following:(1)Design of folded form packaging.Selected a specific research object-dried beans,put forward a new type of folding and packaging structure,taking into account the difficulty and realization of the formal structure design,designing the packaging form.The packaging form consists of the lower film,the upper film and the packaged material.The lower film is formed by forming a stable bottom container cavity through folding and forming point seals,and the lower film and the upper film are heat-sealed to form an adhesive layer,and the lower film can be selected to be non-stretched.The film and its outer surface can be printed.(2)Analysis of forming process of folded forming parts and study of technical solutions.Through the parametric design,the lateral and longitudinal folding shrinkage displacement and the spot seal heat-sealing width in the folding process of the film are determined.The horizontal folding shrinkage displacement is 4 times the width of the spot-sealing heat-sealing width;determining the inward-folding film folding: the process of longitudinal folding,lateral folding and point sealing.Put forward the folding forming technology program that is suitable for materials,structure,process and product requirements.Based on the displacement of the film material in the folding process,the influence of various process parameters and structural parameters is analyzed.Analyzing the key technologies such as multi-cavity distribution,longitudinal folded forming part,transverse folded forming part and conveyor technology.(3)Design of key components of folding forming devices.According to the requirements of the work cycle diagram,the parts such as the longitudinal folded forming part,the up-anddown tightening part,the folding board part and the shrinkage compensation part are completed.Based on the main process parameters such as folding forming shrinkage,spot seal heat sealing width and production capacity,parameterizing each component and constructing a mechanical model to optimize the design of longitudinally folded and up-and-down tightening components.Verify the folding plate components by UG finite element analysis function.Simulate and analyze the shrinkage compensation components by UG advanced simulation.(4)Design transmission device and virtual prototyping based on UG modeling.Propose a two-stage chain transmission scheme.Design and discuss the chain transmission.Rationally arrange a cam-spring chain clamp structure was designed and a tensioner wheel device.Considered comprehensively relationships between various devices basing on the longitudinal direction,folding device design,lateral folding device design and transmission device design,complete the overall layout design of the virtual prototype in the UG environment.
