Plastic casing industry as a branch of plastic film packaging field has a big market at present, especially has extremely important status and significance in sausage processing industry.High compression ratio and normalized plastic casing products have great benefits for the late enema process, can reduce the production cost effectively, and improve production efficiency.The main content of this research is to design a casing fold machine based on air pressure drive and PLC control, mainly to solve artificial compression casing, low compression ratio, low working efficiency, the degree of automation, and other issues in the sausage filling process. High compression ratio and uniform specifications of tubular products can replace the sausage filling artificial compression process, reduce the labor intensity, improve efficiency.It showed that the casing fold machine has stable performance, high degree of automation under the actual working condition of operation in tianjin conde plastic packaging co., LTD.The research of this project includes:(1) Made a deep research on the working principles and structural characteristics of the plastic casing folding machine and designed each part of the machine. Especially studied and designed the rotating cutter structure, calculated the relationship between the out existence of cutting knife and the drive shaft rotation angle, and designed the angle change auxiliary parts to match the rapid specification.Through the industrial field test to improve the overall machine, optimized for each part of the body in order to achieve the desired design.(2) Frequency conversion control is adopted to ensure that the plastic casing fold machine traction squeezing roller, rubber roller group and rotating folding device have consistent linear velocity.Calculated the ratio of the relationship between them in detail.(3) Pneumatic transmission system design. According to each part of the process requirements, this paper designed a set of complete pneumatic system, and selected the corresponding pneumatic components.(4) Using PLC as the control core of automated production system. Setted the upper machine, realized effective communication between PLC and PC and good human-computer interaction function, according to different casing production requirements,the corresponding production parameters can be quickly setted and adjusted on the upper machine to meet the production requirements.
