Design And Research Of The Control System Of The Bag-forming Packaging Machine

The packaging machine can pack liquid & solid products with film,especially used in the area such as foods,chemical products,commodity,medicine etc.With the requirements of the product packaging is more and more varieties and individuation,the bag-forming packaging machine is used more and more prvailing. As present,these requires us to improve the performance of packaging machine, especially in all aspects of package precision automation degree and so on.The old control system of packaging machine has been far uanable to meet new demand,that need to develop new congtrol system,which autonmation degree is high: measurement accuracy is high;price is low.In this paper,a new control system scheme is proposed.Through analyzes the packing techniques,using requirements,this paper offered applied,simple,stable and universal driving system.This paper analyses the working process of the cement packing machine system,the main control system scheme is propsed,and the scheme includes hardware design plan and software design plan.Siemens's S7-200 series PLC is used in the main control system,the Step7 programming software is used to design the program and automatic contrl for packaging machine has been realized.This paper also studies the PID control algorithm,discusses the classic PID control system's principle,in the PID control system the proportion parameter,the integral parameter,the differrential parameter to system's tendency and the stable state performance influence,as well as the method of realization of PID control in PLC module.Secondly,the measuring system & the film-seem temperature control system of packaging machine is studied.Put forward a program to improve the accuracy of packaging and the temperature control program to improve the performance of the packaging machine.In this paper,a set of bag-forming packaging control system was designed,in which PLC as the control core,frequency conversion moter for the implementation of components,touch panel as HMI.To achieve these functionns with production equipment operation,status display,monitor,parameter input and so on.RS-485 communication was used to achieve remote control to drive unit,which improved the system integration and reliability.Finally,the summary of the paper was made to point out the work requirements in the future.
