With the rapid development of city economy and society,the increasing of population,the amount of vehicle and traffic flow continues to increase,the increasing frequency of private cars has caused a lot of parking demand,parking in the city but very limited resources,how to solve the contradiction between the increasing demand and limited parking and parking resources.We have set our sights on the parking guidance and information system("PGIS"),how to establish efficient,intelligent and convenient people PGIS at home and abroad has become a focus of discussion.In order to make the parking guidance system(PGIS)can provide more abundant information,convenient for the different needs of the parking guidance scheme for the users,to achieve interoperability between the system and users,this paper establishes the parking search model and parking choice model,and the fuzzy hierarchy method is used to analyze the feasibility of the model and to determine the optimal parking scheme,According to the driver's needs,the parking priority decision-making method is provided to reduce the time of the driver looking for parking spaces,thereby easing the traffic pressure.Firstly,the evaluation index system is established,which includes the general effect of the parking lot as the target layer,the influencing factors of the parking lot parking behavior as the target layer and the parking area as the target layer.The fuzzy AHP is used to discuss the feasibility of the model.The framework of parking behavior analysis based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is constructed.Secondly,according to the survey data of volunteers in the questionnaire of parking behavior characteristic(such as walking distance after parking,parking safety,parking safety,entrances and exits,accessibility of the vehicle,quality of service,etc.),the influence factors of parking behavior are analyzed,the main factors affecting the parking behavior is determined,and provide the basis for the establishment of parking choice model.Finally,Based on the utility principle,a parking selection model with the generalized utility as the largest objective function is established according to the process of the user from the point of departure to the destination.and use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the feasibility and optimal model for parking.This paper is based on the questionnaire survey and field investigation data,analyze the influencing fectors of parking behavior,build parking search model and the generalized utility function,using fiizzy AHP to make a choice of parking lot parking spaces and discuss the feasibility of the model and determine optimal model for parking.
