In order to solve the issue of"Parking is difficult", and improve the parking efficiency in the region ,some theory and method are studied in this thesis.In this thesis, the Parking behavior characteristics, the design and layout of parking guidance information board, and the display optimization method of parking guidance information board are studied and discussed .First, in analyzing the impact of CBD parking behavior of drivers, parking behavior models and theories of utility function model, including each factors and their influence are established in this thesis, in order to discussing the main reasons of demand and supply of traffic and the significance and feasibility of constructing the parking guidance information system. Second, by the result of the regional division, the design and grading methods of the parking guidance information board are determined, and the layout of Regional parking guidance information board and street parking guidance information board by the method of Section of important degree. These guide sign for the parking location identified. Third, targeting the disproportion of the CBD parking district, a objective function is established, by minimize number of vehicles queuing and consider the net balance and user equilibrium, and then the algorithm is proposed. Finally, a case in Changsha Wu-Yi business center are studied.Many parking planning theory and construction has been effectively integrated and used in this thesis, and it is not only enrich the business parking planning theory, but also gives the useful methods of the implement of parking guidance information system.
