With the popularization of household vehicles and the increase of urban vehicle ownership,the problem of parking is becoming more and more obvious.The lack of effective parking guidance and insufficient utilization of parking area resources are common phenomena in parking lots.In this paper,a parking guidance system based on license plate recognition and positioning was designed.Meanwhile,it related technologies for the development and used of related parking Spaces in the parking lot are studied,which could improve the parking efficiency of the parking lot,excavate and utilize the precious parking area resources in the parking lot,and help alleviate the difficult problem of social parking.In order to improve the efficiency of parking guidance,this paper USES the road node mapping method is optimized to improve the traditional Dijkstra algorithm: in advance from floor entrance to each road node path length of the road node priority choice variables of Di weights,when a user selects target after parking,more parking Spaces where roads of two nodes Di value size,small a path node to Di value as a target parking space mapping road node.Search the path from the entrance to the mapped road node in the parking lot road network,and then connect the mapped road node to the target parking space segment path to form the final best driving path and output the result.The optimized parking path algorithm greatly reduces the number of nodes in path search and improves the computational efficiency of path planning.This paper was proposed an indoor positioning and navigation technology based on license plate recognition.The technical solution was to arrange license plate recognition cameras at each road node in the parking lot.Each camera had an ID number,and the ID number was associated with the location coordinate information of the parking lot.When there were vehicles through camera captured the images and camera ID number information sent back to the system server,system service end and camera serial number of the license plate number information data processing,due to the owner when register APP account binding the license plate number,so the license plate number information could be resolved to a corresponding APP account information,and the camera ID number information could be resolved to a position location information,the service side to push after data processing to the corresponding position information to the corresponding APP client accounts.After the APP side gets the location information,the navigation function is realized by calling the map service.Aiming at the problem that part of the parking area of the parking lot cannot be utilized,the paper studies and designs the technical scheme for the use of the connected parking Spaces,including the design and realization of the display circuit of the reservation license plate.The display circuit USES STM32 MCU as the main control MCU,and communicates with the server through Ethernet/serial port conversion module.This paper took the actual engineering project demand as an example,and carried out the case design the research result.It was designed the system function and the framework of the parking lot management system,and made the electronic navigation map,then designed the system database.The parking management system was developed with Java language and the mobile APP terminal was developed with Android Studio.The system was simulated and run,and the implementation of various functions of the system was tested.The performance test of the parking guidance function of the core function of the system was also carried out,which verified the feasibility of the research results in the actual project.
