With the fast growth of economy and the rapid process of urbanization,the explosive development of the transportation industry and the increasing car ownership have showed that China has entered the era of private cars.Because the urban road traffic pressure is increasing under an average annual growth rate of 15%-20%of cars,the improvement of the city's traffic conditions and facilities utilization efficiency has been so urgent and became an important mean to guarantee the city's economic development.In consideration of the contradiction between the shortage of parking lots and the huge parking demand,improving the efficiency of the parking-lot management is important to ease the contradiction under the difficulty to increase parking facilities in the short term due to the limited urban land.At present,the main reasons of inefficient management of parking-lot are following:being short of parking-space information and a clear guidance of entry vehicles,so that it is necessary to build a system of parking management and guidance which is effective and universal.Based on sensor detection technology and network communication technology,the following work have been done to optimize the information acquisition and parking-path guidance in the parking lot:The algorithm of parking information acquisition and parking-space selection.Firstly,a data processing method and a vehicle statement identification method based on the data from geomagnetic sensors are proposed.Secondly,for getting the information of the parking-lot management and parking-space status effectively,an algorithm is built based on the results of vehicle statement identification to acquire parking characteristics under different parking-lot layouts.Finally,through the analysis of the influence factors in the selection process of parking-path and parking-space under different guidance modes,an optimal parking-space selection algorithm based on grey entropy model is proposed and optimized,then the model is verified by simulation examples in the end.The design and implementation of the network structure of the parking-lot management and guidance system.First,through the analysis of the functional requirements of intelligent parking management system and the corresponding operation flow,the paper explains the focus of the development process clearly focused and demonstrates the feasibility of the system.Secondly,the framework of the system network topology is completed under the analysis of the data transmission level in the system.Finally,according to the examples of real parking-lots,the paper builds the corresponding database construction and completes the visualization platform of the guidance system.
