The Study Of The Planning And Coping Of The Itinerant Vendors

This article focuses on the current controversial social groups in most cities-itinerant vendors.Their behavior of occupying the road has caused the seriousness of planning to be questioned.Although the government take measures to control,the effects are not satisfactory.Therefore,this article attempts to solve the problems of the normal use of urban space functions and the pollution of the environment through the discussion of reasonable planning techniques and methods.Firstly,it would analyze the existing theoretical results of itinerant vendors,and it find that these arguments mainly focus on whether itinerant vendors are necessary and whether they should be legally discussed.This article reviews the necessary theories of the itinerant vendors from the aspects of urban space and planning,culture,economy,food safety,social needs,vendors’ rights and urban management,and whether the vendors should be legal mainly from the perspective of urban space use,vendors’ rights,urban management,ease social conflicts and other angles to discuss.In order to understand the phenomenon of the itinerant vendors more intuitively and objectively,the word select the itinerant vendors in the Guangzhou University Town and Xingning city of Meizhou as the object.It use on-site investigation and picture recording methods,and combine relevant literature reading to investigate the space and time of the itinerant vendor’s operations.It also analyzes the perspective of operating space,business pattern,surrounding land types and operating time,for having a better understanding of the operation characteristics of mobile peddlers.Finally,It knows that the negative effects of itinerant vendors are mainly due to the business behavior affected the image of the city and disorderly operations led to overcrowding of space,which affect the normal functioning of the space function.However,there are positive effects that the itinerant vendor’s phenomenon should not be temporarily replaced,such as meeting the needs of vendors and consumers and bring vitality to the public space.Therefore,the Urban and Rural planning should not avoid the phenomenon of itinerant vendors,and propose the main issues of Urban and Rural planning to deal with the itinerant vendors’ operating space.Proceed to the next step,we will discuss whether we can use reasonable planning measures to standardize the space for mobile vendors to eliminate the negative impact of the operation of space vendors on space and improve the quality of business space.Through the research,it’s true that the measures can be put forward to solve the problems effectively through the regulatory plan,the constructive-detailed plan and space design elements.
