| Under the guidance of the new urbanization,the current urbanization focus in China is changing from incremental planning to stock planning,from extensive planning to intensive planning,and the attention of urban and rural planning to micro-spatial narration of daily life has been put on the agenda.Street vendors activity is an ancient form of trading,has continued to this day;At the present stage of China,street vendor space is still an important part of urban daily living space,playing an important role.The problem of street vendors is an important urban problem and a focus of the contradiction of daily life in cities.There is a complex social and cultural background behind the small incidents in the urban street vendors’ space.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,street vendor space is a very small and special type of space in daily life.It is compound in the street public space,flowing in the urban space,from the ancient civilization,full of vitality in the modern city.The focus on street vendor space aims at the following aspects: first,from the perspective of urbanization,this paper analyzes the existing problems of street vendor space in China’s cities,and looks for the internal reasons;Then,from the perspective of urban and rural planning,the paper constructs the planning theory of daily living space represented by street vendors’ space.Finally,from the perspective of urban and rural planning to form urban street vendor space system planning practice.On the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis of urban street vendors’ space,the paper sorts out the value of street vendors’ space: at present,the basic value of street vendors’ space is economic value,derivative value is cultural value,and the core value is social value.At the same time,the paper discusses the root cause of the problem of street vendors’ space in China: under the appearance of conflict in space,street vendors’ space interprets the daily life’s struggle against modernity,the micro-power’s "anti-discipline" mechanism,the conflict between use value and exchange value,and the sudden contradiction between time and space.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,street vendor space is not included in modern urban planning,and inclusiveness is very important for street vendor space planning.Therefore,this paper combines daily life theory,micro-power mechanism research,spatial production theory and spatio-temporal theory,and expands the inclusive theory to guide the space planning of street vendors.Inclusive street vendor space planning theory on the one hand reflects the tolerance of daily life,on the other hand reflects the tolerance of street vendor group,has sociology,economics,culture and urban and rural planning value.The implementation of inclusive street vendor space planning theory is "white space" strategy,which can be applied to planning,space design and planning management.Inclusive of street vendor space planning space,pay attention to the refinement of planning development in overall planning by the special research street vendor in white space,through the flexible function block in the regulatory detailed planning and special research for inclusive street vendor white space,by elastic and compound in the constructional detailed planning design methods to achieve street vendor white space.The space design method of inclusive street vendors can be divided into three aspects: layout space strategy,space design method space strategy and street vendors space selection suitability evaluation.Inclusive street vendors space planning and management of white space including through the standardization of the street vendors space commercial value of white space,through the value of white space.The main research content of the paper is divided into two parts,a total of nine chapters: the first part is to propose and analyze the problem,including 1-4 chapters of the paper.The first chapter "introduction: urban street vendor space and its origin" puts forward research questions;The second chapter,"the type and composition characteristics of urban street vendors’ space",analyzes the characteristics of street vendors’ space through basic research.The third chapter "our country city street vendor space value comb" is to analyze our country vendor space value;The fourth chapter,"the root cause of the problem of street vendor space in China",is to analyze the deep reasons behind the appearance of street vendor space in China.The second part is problem solving,including chapters 5-9 of the paper.The fifth chapter,"spatial planning and ’white space’ strategy for urban street vendors based on ’inclusive’ theory",is the theoretical construction chapter of the paper.The sixth,seventh and eighth chapters are the practice and discussion on the space planning of street vendors in inclusive cities.Chapter 6 "inclusive street vendors space planning blank" from the planning level of inclusive street vendors space planning blank realization way;Chapter 7 "inclusive street vendors space planning and design method of blank" is to explore the street vendors space material space entity planning and design methods;Chapter 8,"inclusive street vendor space planning and management blank" is to study how to achieve vendor space management through "white space".Chapter 9 "conclusion and innovation" is the summary chapter.There are three innovations in this paper.The first innovation is to establish a research framework for street vendors’ space in urban and rural planning from the perspective of daily life.I think this may be an innovation of the research framework,which also provides a research method reference for other small Spaces in daily life in cities.The second innovation is to put forward the theory of inclusive street vendors’ spatial planning and the strategy of white space based on the inclusive theory.The author believes that this is a practical innovation of applying theory to specific problems.The third innovation is to propose a new practical technology of spatial planning and management of street vendors based on the Internet of Things Technology.It is mainly the idea of meter booth,which may be an innovation of practical technology of planning and management. |
