| The static strength test bench of railway freight car body is a comprehensive test system developed for common railway vehicles, urban rail vehicles,high-speed EMus and other vehicles. The static test bench of vehicle body can complete the static strength test of vehicle body and parts under vertical load, longitudinal load and torsional load.In order to meet the further needs of users for locomotive body strength testing and improve the accuracy and efficiency of strength testing, the static and dynamic characteristics analysis and structural optimization design of the vehicle body static strength test bench are carried out in this thesis.Firstly, the structure dimension of the static strength test stand is designed, and three-dimensional modeling is carried out by Solidworks software. Then, the static strength test stand is modeled by ANSYS finite element software and pre-processed by SpaceClaim software. Then the static characteristic analysis principle and various load conditions of the vehicle body are briefly described. The static characteristic analysis of the longitudinal loading device and vertical loading device of the coupler is carried out under the action of vertical load, longitudinal load and torsional load, and the method of improving the static strength of the structure is put forward.Secondly, the theoretical basis of vehicle body modal analysis is briefly described. The modal analysis of longitudinal and vertical loading devices is carried out by ANSYS finite element software, and the modal analysis results are evaluated. Finally, the theoretical basis of optimization analysis of vehicle body structure is briefly described. The structural topology optimization of longitudinal and vertical loading devices is carried out by ANSYS finite element software, and the static performance before and after optimization is compared and the fatigue life is analyzed. In this thesis, the structural characteristics of railway freight car body static strength test bench are analyzed and the optimal design scheme is put forward, which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement design of railway car body static strength test bench in the future. |
