Research On Multi-channel Fast Detection Method And System Design For Lightning Suppressor Test Circuit Of Aircraft

The aircraft lightning suppressor tester is a performance testing device for the lightning suppressor of all kinds of aircraft.According to the different properties of the various functional elements such as lightning suppressor,gas discharge tube,varistors,TVS and other characteristics,lightning suppressor tester adopts different testing methods to make the test and the test results are given to determine the reliability of components on the performance of aircraft,so as to provide a certain basis of airworthiness requirements,ensuring the safety of aircraft.With the rapid development of China's aviation industry and the upgrading of military equipment,the rapid take-off and landing of aircraft,especially the short-term maintenance and landing of carrier-based aircraft,is also more and more demanding.In order to get more rapid detection of clamping voltages of the main components in aircraft lightning suppressor,which are used to determinate whether the state of protecting function is normal,thus saving the cycle-time required for aircraft maintenance,we make a new type development of multi-channel rapid detection for aircraft lightning suppressor tester.This new function is to upgrade and improve the existing lightning suppressor tester,making it able to detect the performance of single channel and new added multi-channel more quickly and accurately on the original basis.The tester still uses C8051 microcontroller as the central control unit,adding PHILPS's PCA9506 chip to expand the new multi-channel quick detecting function.After the commissioning of the upgraded tester,the technical indicators meet the design requirements.And by adjusting the main control software,we can cope with the needs of all kinds of aircraft lightning suppressors.
