With the rapid development of economy,the progress of science and technology,all walks of life industry on a variety of electrical equipment,insulation materials,a variety of electrical products,safety performance requirements are also rising,electrical safety test equipment applied to all areas of society.According to safety requirements,all kinds of electrical equipment,interfaces,connectors and other electrical products,in the factory before the safety test must be to assess the insulation level of products to measure the ability of over-voltage,reflecting the electrical safety of products.The withstand voltage insulation test is a kind of test method which is commonly used in safety test.At present,although there are a lot of design and research on this aspect at home and abroad,but there are some shortcomings of such products,single channel majority,low number of channels,low efficiency test,does not support the modular component fixture,need to manually participate in the problem,As well as the low degree of automation of most devices,test data recording and analysis functions to be improved.In order to meet the demand for the detection of new multi-device,a multi-channel pressure-resistant insulation test system was designed for the current problem of low passability and low degree of automation.Mainly to achieve a high-voltage multi-channel reliable switching mode,test data,automatic input and efficient man-machine interface.Through the practice shows that the system is simple to operate,can be tested on the efficient detection,rapid feedback,data automatic entry,improve the test efficiency,completed the system required by the indicators and functions...
