Aircraft suspension is the payload on the aircraft.By hanging externally,the functional unit that runs outside the aircraft has important applications in agriculture,geography,rescue,reconnaissance and military strikes.Before the suspension is loaded,it must be tested to check for faults.At the same time,some types of suspensions should be tested regularly.In the military field,the rapid detection of aircraft suspension is an important part of the combat capability and rapid response capability of the combat troops.Parallel testing is an effective means to achieve rapid detection.It has parallel testing capability and is also compact and universal.The characteristics of the aircraft suspension rapid detection equipment has important application value.This project has developed a small-scale aircraft suspension rapid detection device that can be used for rapid detection of suspensions.This device has the ability to perform rapid parallel detection of multiple suspensions or comprehensive depth detection of a single suspension.On the basis of in-depth demand analysis,it puts forward the instrument resource board,signal distribution and suspension interface board,high-power power module,embedded computer module,test interface,etc.,with rapid detection and depth of the suspension.The overall solution for the miniaturization of detection capabilities of detection capabilities.According to the requirements of the overall plan,an instrument resource board with all the test resources of the test equipment was developed,which satisfies all the instrument resource requirements of the test equipment.The board is a 6U-size circuit board,which supports the miniaturization requirements of the test equipment;The signal distribution and suspension interface board adopts the direct soldering of the connector and a few wiring methods,which greatly reduces the number of cables in the equipment,greatly reduces the difficulty of processing and maintenance of the equipment;develops a high-power power board with power reaching 1000 W,featuring miniaturization and high energy efficiency,integrated inside the chassis to provide independent power supply for the device;the outer chassis of the inspection device is designed,including the design of the external structure and internal structure,and the cable connection relationship is designed.Finally,a test environment was set up in the laboratory,and the existing equipment resources were used to perform functional tests on each module of the test equipment,and the test capability of the test equipment was systematically tested.The test results show that the function and performance indicators of the functional modules are consistent with the expected goals,and the testing equipment has the capability of system testing.
