Talent incentive has been a very important subject in modern enterprise management,enterprises need to establish an employee incentive system which is helpful to its development and meet the employee's requirements if they want to enhance core competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market environment and go farther.By establishing an effective employee incentive system,the enterprise can stimulate the potential of employees,enhance the vitality of enterprises and create more economic benefits.For the managers of the enterprise,It's hard to get effective incentives for all employees when the enterprise has a large number of employees at different levels,if they do that,it will costs a lot.Therefore,business managers should have a keen sense of judgment,determine which employees should be motivated first that will bring more benefits.Core staff is the mainstay of enterprise,they are in leading role,it is more useful to give them priority.At the same time,Core staff has high level of knowledge and professional skills,face more temptations from the market,giving priority to them can effectively prevent brain drain.The research object of this paper,HS company is a state-owned wharf enterprise,this paper will explore the way to establish an effective incentive system,keep the enterprise sustainable.On the basis of a lot of studies on relevant theories and research results at home and abroad,this paper analyze the current situation of human resources and the current incentive mode of the company,collecting data through questionnaires,analyze core employee satisfaction and demand.HS company has a certain deficiency in employee career development,salary return,performance appraisal and so on through analyze.In terms of these questions,the company need to formulate the optimization plan of the incentive system,including unimpeded employee growth channel,perfect salary and welfare system,and strengthen internal organizational environment construction.At the end of the paper,the safeguard measures are given.
