With the development of the economy,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition and knowledge-based talents have become the basis of their competitiveness.Giving full play to the capabilities of knowledge-based talents is the key to the sustainable,stable and healthy development of enterprises.At this stage,the market development of enterprises is facing rapid changes in the market environment and product structure,which has put forward higher requirements for human resource management and posed a major challenge to the development of enterprises.Enterprise Y is a typical integrated manufacturing and sales enterprise.Facing the current international and domestic economic forms,how to effectively manage the labour motivation of knowledge-based employees so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise is an important issue facing Enterprise Y.Based on the research and motivation theories of knowledge-intensive employees motivation by scholars at home and abroad,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation of knowledge-based employees’ motivation in Y enterprise.Using various methods such as theoretical analysis,it is found that there are four problems in the current situation of motivation of knowledge-based employees in Y enterprise: the formality of employee training,the unfairness of remuneration,the lack of fair promotion opportunities and the lack of differentiation of reward mechanism.At the same time,the causes of these problems were analysed and the knowledge-based employees of this enterprise were classified into three categories according to the principles of relevance,continuity and fairness,and appropriate incentive schemes were proposed.Finally,in order to ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of the incentive scheme,this paper also makes improvements in four aspects: clarifying the strategic positioning of knowledge-based employee incentives,establishing adaptive management methods,improving multi-level organisational assurance and establishing an effective information management platform to ensure the perfection of the incentive system.Through the research of this paper,Enterprise Y can establish a knowledge-based employee incentive system,improve the motivation of knowledge-based employees,address the individual needs of knowledge-based employees and meet the development needs of Enterprise Y,so that these two aspects complement each other and develop according to a virtuous cycle,improve core competitiveness and lay the foundation for the long-term development of Enterprise Y.At the same time,senior managers are required to communicate with knowledge-based employees frequently to understand the dynamic changes in their thoughts and needs,to readjust the incentive scheme and evaluate the incentive effect in a timely,dynamic and effective way.
