Research On The Financial Integration Of Chongqing A Group Under The Financial Sharing Mode

Chongqing A group company is a large-scale civil aviation state-owned enterprise established in 2003.In recent years,with the rapid development of civil aviation,the scale of Chongqing A group company has expanded rapidly.At present,it has 10wholly-owned holding companies and 6 joint-stock companies.With the expansion of the scale,the operation risk also increases,the operation cost of Chongqing A group company accelerates growth,and the difficulty of operation control is increasing.Therefore,in order to support the group’s future development strategy,Chongqing A group expects to take advantage of the opportunity of Financial Sharing Mode Construction to further promote the company’s financial transformation and form a pattern of business financial integration.On this basis,it can effectively improve the company’s financial operation quality and efficiency,effectively prevent financial risks,and finally promote the sustainable development of financial operation cost To effectively support the stable development of the group’s overall business.In this paper,literature research method and case study method are used.In the research,closely relying on the reality of Chongqing A group company,this paper analyzes its existing financial and business situation and existing problems,and puts forward the construction of industry finance integration management system based on the financial sharing mode.The paper consists of six parts,first of all,this paper expounds the origin of the research and the related significance;the second part mainly expounds the related concepts of financial sharing,industry finance integration and the theoretical basis involved in the paper;the third part analyzes the current situation of Chongqing A group’s financial operation combined with the reality of Chongqing a group;the fourth part puts forward the construction principles and suggestions of Chongqing A group’s industry finance integration mode based on financial sharing Specific measures;the fifth part of the Financial Sharing Mode Based on Chongqing A group industry finance integration specific implementation of the relevant security;the sixth part of the paper summarizes and puts forward the future research prospects.Based on the theory of Financial Sharing and industry finance integration,this paper takes Chongqing A group company as the research object to explore the construction of industry finance integration of its financial sharing mode.We hope that through the research,we can provide reference for the enterprises that have not yet implemented the financial sharing mode but are planning to implement the integration of industry and finance,and also provide reference value for the future related research.
