Power line carrier technology is the main communication technology of low-voltage users local centralized acquisition scheme in suburban power substation of Baoding power supply company.Transformer area concentrator as a center,power liner as a communication media,electric energy,voltage,current and other data of user watt-hour meter in public transformer power are read.Due to carrier technology upgrades,new and old carrier module have different frequency point,unable to realize the normal communication.User watt-hour meter with new carrier module cannot communicate with the meter with old carrier module for the carrier frequency points is different,and the meter reading acquisition is not successful.Furthermore,the power line carrier technology still exists problems,such as serious interference on the power line interfere and instability of meter reading when the line is too long.A micropower wireless meter reading scheme based on Zigbee technology is designed to solve problems of mixed use of different modules module and the power line interference.A Zigbee wireless communication node is designed according to the actual requirements,which includes of Zigbee wireless RF module,serial communication module and power module.The wireless node communicates with the electricity meter through the RS485 serial port,and the data is transmitted in the wireless channel to solve the problem that the carrier modules of different frequency points cannot communicate with each other.In order to increase the communication distance,the Rf amplifier module is designed to solve the reading problem of the remote users.Then,the transmission performance of error bit rate,communication distance,transmission bit rate are tested in the experimental environment.And the test results prove that it can meet the demand of low-voltage meter reading in baoding suburban area.According to the analysis of user characteristics of acquisition failure,two schemes for reconstruction of meter reading(reconstruction of full and partial)and two kinds of commonly used method in the reconstruction(RS485 and wireless relay node)are made.And then,two typical transformer areas were selected for overall reconstruction and partial reconstruction of micro-power wireless meter reading.The results of field test show that the success rate of daily meter reading was above 99.5%.It can effectively solve the meter reading problems of module mixing and line interference,and meet the normal business needs of the acquisition system.
