Study On Construction Schedule Application Of Optimization And Dynamic Control Of Water Conservancy Project Based On P6 Software

The construction of water conservancy project generally has characteristics of large scale,long construction period and complicated construction conditions.Most water conservancy projects will encounter unpredictable schedule factors and emergencies in the construction process.However,the current water conservancy mainly by engineering experience;The use of project management software by manager to assist the progress of the level of management is not high,really use its implementation duration,resources,cost of three integrated optimization,and dynamic control of the project is rare.Which will bring great progress risks to the construction.This paper researches the progress management of water conservancy project construction,Under the guidance of the basic principles of progress management,research and application of advanced project management software P6 for progress optimization and dynamic control.study how to use the advanced project management P6 software to carry out the progress optimization and dynamic control under the guidance of the basic principles of progress management.First this paper introduces the current situation of research and application of schedule optimization,control method and project management software both in domestic and overseas.This paper analyzes the characteristics of water conservancy construction schedule,summarizes the three principles of schedule optimization and the basic theory of construction dynamic control.On this basis,the paper introduces the basic process and the method of P6 software.Focus on research and analysis how to achieve the best construction schedule plan with the time,resources and cost by P6 software,and realize the methods of basic steps,data update,comparative analysis and plan adjustment in dynamic control of the schedule plan in the P6 software.Raising the causes for the lag in the water conservancy construction and the related solving measure.Finally,based on an example,constructed the project WBS work breakdown structure,using P6 software to establish a schedule model.On this basis,the construction period is optimized on the progress of project,Duration-resource optimization.After-optimized plan will be applied to the actual construction process to guide the arrangement of actual construction,tracking the progress and progress in real time,and adjust schedule to achieve dynamic control.Analyze the P6 software application effect and put forward some corrective measures.In this paper,we had researched the project management software of P6 using in water conservancy construction program preparation,schedule optimization and dynamic control,Explain the exposition of progress optimization and dynamic control methods and processes comprehensively,And analysis the actual case,The use of P6 software dynamic management has a strong guiding significance.
