A Study On The Diversity Construction Strategy Of Distinctive Small Towns Under The Guidance Of Public Policy

In recent years,the construction of featured towns has been carried out in all provinces and cities across the country.Anhui Province has also accelerated the pace of building characteristic towns.Anhui Province attaches great importance to the construction and development of characteristic towns and accelerates the construction of characteristic towns.Hefei,the provincial capital,has been included in the Yangtze River Delta city group,and its development momentum is full.As an important area in central Anhui Province,the Chaohu Lake area has attracted much attention due to its unique location and natural conditions.Among them,Sanhe Ancient Town,Huanghua Town,Sangua Commune and other places have been included in the list of construction of colored houses in Anhui Province.The Chaohu Lake area can take advantage of the characteristics of the construction of a distinctive town,gradually realize the transformation of the regional industrial economy and promote the economic development of the Chaohu Lake area.Since its introduction,the featured town has received high attention from the government and all walks of life.Its construction work has been rapidly carried out throughout the country.Due to the differences in regional economic development and natural environment factors,the construction mode varies.The Chaohu Lake region enjoys superior natural conditions and rich cultural heritage.Tourism agriculture and leisure tourism in the area have developed rapidly with the establishment of the Chaohu Lake National Tourism Demonstration Zone.Therefore,for the sake of economic development and comprehensive upgrading of the industry,the Chaohu Lake region should seize this important opportunity for the construction of characteristic small towns.The construction of characteristic towns in the Chaohu Lake area should be based on the existing urban space as a carrier,and be transformed and upgraded on the basis of existing specialty industries.For the province's just-started town planning and construction work,the author deeply realized the inadequacy of the featured town construction theory and the importance of how to excavate and shape features.The article begins with the concept of featured towns,comprehensively analyzes the connotations,characteristics,and characteristics of featured towns,and then analyzes the guiding role of public policies in the creation of characteristic towns through the recognition of public policies.Then,by sorting out the resource conditions of the Chaohu Lake,such as location transportation,natural environment,and humanities history,combined with the superior planning and the existing basic conditions of the town,the types of featured towns that can be considered for construction in the Chaohu Lake area are classified.Ecologically-oriented,human-oriented,industry-based,and based on these three types selected three small towns for research.Finally,it puts forward the strategy of differentiated construction of featured towns in Central Lake: First implementation of relevant policy guidelines;second highlights regional characteristics,differentiates positioning;third forms dislocation development industry types;coupling of fourth composite function;fifth for different types Differences in the construction of small towns;Sixth,improving the status quo,basic services and facilities;seventh,focusing on restoration of the status quo.Finally,draw conclusions and shortcomings,look forward to follow-up research,in order to provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the construction of characteristic towns in the future.In view of the fact that there is less research on differentiated construction of featured towns from the perspective of public policy,this article attempts to explore the topic in depth.
