Considering quality stability of mechanical products assembled selectively on the condition of modern distributed network manufacture, theory of process control based on selective assembly process quality is proposed, on the premise of analyzing environment of modern distributed network manufacture, selective assembly suppliers in the dynamic union are chosen by the modified grey correlation technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (MGC-TOPSIS), controlling process quality of mechanical products assembled selectively from the original stage. Further, studied selective assembly dimension chain tied up quality stability of mechanical products assembled selectively, analyzing dimension shift sensitivity by graph theory. For improving quality stability of mechanical products assembled selectively through increasing selective assembly process capability, with the principle of low cost and high quality, studied optimization theory of mechanical products assembled selectively based on process capability index. Finally, analyzed measurement system of products assembled selectively through an example of selective assembly precision information collection of selective assembly components and measurement factors, founding on true and reliable measurement system, selective assembly process capability index measured reflects quality stability of mechanical products assembled selectively directly.
