Equipment manufacturing industry has become one of the important pillar industries of China's economic development.At present,has formed a complete range,large scale,high technology content of the industrial system.China's equipment manufacturing enterprises in the performance management carried out a lot of practical exploration,and achieved some results.However,compared with the world's outstanding enterprises there is a big gap between the performance management results have not yet achieved significant results.This paper discusses the research results of performance management at home and abroad in detail.Detailing the definition and process of performance management.At the same time,the author through the L equipment manufacturing company to investigate and study the company's existing performance management system construction process problems and shortcomings.Through interviews with employees,questionnaires,the company's performance system of the status quo in-depth study.And explores the problems and shortcomings in the current corporate performance management system and explores the reasons.The author uses the Balanced Credit Card method and the Key Performance Indicator(KPI)to optimize the existing performance management system.In order to make employees more clear performance goals,to enhance the work of enthusiasm,initiative,good performance feedback work.At the same time,the performance appraisal results applied to the salary,promotion and so on.At the same time,put forward the L equipment manufacturing company in the implementation of performance management system in the process of the necessary safeguards.L equipment manufacturing companies to continue to optimize the performance management system to ensure that the performance management methods,indicators design,performance and other applications with the company's strategic development goals to achieve organic unity.Through the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing performance plan of L equipment manufacturing company,it is optimized and designed.In the process of performance management to enhance the performance of communication feedback and improve the link,so that employees clear goals,improve themselves.Companies need to performance evaluation results and staff salaries,training,personal development and other aspects linked to better promote the work of the staff enthusiasm and growth.At the same time,the company to strengthen the training of personnel and corporate culture.From the organization,system,training and corporate culture and other aspects to ensure the optimization of the performance management system in-depth implementation,and continue to optimize and improve.
