"made in China 2025" confirmed the first ten-year plan of China’s manufacturing power strategy.As the backbone of the manufacturing industry,equipment manufacturing industry’s high-quality development is the key to achieving the strategic goal of China’s manufacturing power.Equipment manufacturing enterprises continue to improve the effectiveness of performance management system and enhance the performance management ability of enterprises,which can promote the effective realization of enterprise development strategic objectives,and continue to be used as a solid backing to drive the steady development of China’s economy.The application of big data technology brings new opportunities for the development of all industries,and the thought of big data provides a new perspective for enterprises to improve the effectiveness of performance management system.In the era of big data,equipment manufacturing enterprises need to adapt to the needs of the times,master big data technology,build more efficient performance management system to promote management informatization.Equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning plays an important role in China,especially in recent years,the national policy of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base vigorously promotes the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning.Therefore,taking Liaoning Province as an example,this paper uses big data to improve the performance management system of equipment manufacturing enterprises by constructing and evaluating performance management system of equipment manufacturing enterprises based on big data.The paper is divided into seven parts,the main contents are as follows:Based on the above research background,this paper adopts many research methods,such as the literature research method,the comparative analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,and the empirical analysis method,taking big data as the research perspective and Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the basic concepts,theories and methods,analyzes the status quo,problems and causes of the performance management system of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the positive impact of big data on the performance management system,it follows the PDCA performance management cycle process to construct the performance management system of equipment manufacturing enterprises based on big data,in order to help equipment manufacturing enterprises solve the existing problems of performance management system.Thirdly,it uses the GEM to design an evaluation index system,the index system includes 8 dimensions: performance management infrastructure,performance management system,performance management organization,performance management culture,performance planning,performance coaching,performance evaluation and performance feedback,it also uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation model of the performance management system for equipment manufacturing enterprises based on big data,and selects three equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province to conduct empirical analysis of the system.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province to improve the performance management system in the era of big data,gives the research conclusions,and puts forward some research prospects. |
