The particular characteristics methods of UHV(Ultra High Voltage)transformers manufacturing are multi-species,single-piece or small-batch production methods.In the production process,the workshop has problems of high buffer level,unbalanced equipment load,unreasonable resource assignment and low production efficiency.In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes a UHV transformer production shop as the actual application background,establish the simulation model of punching and assembly line,and optimizes the production parameters through simulation to reduce the shop's buffer,shorten the production cycle,improve production efficiency.This paper mainly did the following work:(1)Three Dimensional Digital Simulation Modeling of UHV Transformer Production Line.Based on DELMIA / QUEST,an object-oriented parameterized discrete event simulation model is established for the punching and assembly lines of UHV transformers and the data-driven simulation is realized.The model also provides a platform for the workshop production planning,job assignment etc.(2)Assignment Optimization of Mixed Production Line.Aiming at the problem of unbalanced task assignments and long production cycle in UHV transformer production line,a mathematical model of the problem is established and a Genetic Simulated Annealing Algorithm is designed to optimize job assignment.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can shorten the work effectively Production cycle,improve equipment utilization.(3)Simulation and Optimization of UHV Transformer Production Line.Based on the simulation and optimization,the assignments of UHV transformer production line,material flow of punching line and the scheduling of assembly line were evaluated.The production input data and the simulation results were analyzed.The optimization scheme was proposed and the process of simulation optimization was realized.(4)Development of UHV Transformer Production Line Simulation System.The above research methods are integrated and the whole framework of simulation system is designed.Based on the Excel VBA language,the simulation model of UHV transformer production line in QUEST is parameterized.The simulation system is verified through the actual production tasks.The results show that the system effectively solves the scheduling problems in production.
