In this paper,the production plan of L company is simulated,analyzed and optimized with Plant Simulation,a digital twin Simulation technology,as the Simulation tool.The main research work is as follows:(1)Thin plate line is developed based on the plane section line,so the basic principle and production process of the plane section line are analyzed,the hull production mode of the section shop is determined,and the digital simulation technology can optimize the production process or production process similar to this.(2)With the help of discrete event Simulation characteristics,analyze the production capacity and production process of the main line and auxiliary line related stations,and then use Plant Simulation to simulate the production plan of thin plate line and the main line production plan,and restrict the corresponding station production through embedded controls and Simtalk language.According to chart table and Gantt chart,the bottleneck process of thin plate line mainly occurs at T-beam and wall assembly and welding station.Finally,the simulation defects are analyzed and optimization conclusions are put forward for the bottleneck station.(3)Three optimization approaches are proposed for the simulation results:Firstly,the layout process of thin plate line itself is optimized,and the blocking rate of station is reduced by adding cranes,transverse cars and three-dimensional storage,so as to improve the utilization rate of station.Secondly,Plant Simulation embedded GA genetic algorithm is used to optimize the local Simulation of main station and obtain the Simulation results.The results show that the sublevel machining can be completed by shortening 4 hours on the original basis.Finally,kanban software is developed on the basis of optimized production plan,and the optimized conclusion is applied to the kanban production process of sheet metal line.
