Study On The Outer Space Design Of Residential Areas Based On The Behavior Characteristics Of The Aged In Northern China

Since 1999,China has entered an aging society.With the progress of society and the improvement of medical care,it is expected that by 2050,the number of elderly people in China will exceed 400 million,accounting for 22% of the total number of elderly people in the world.The problem of old age has become China's important question.China has many characteristics in the issue of old-age care,such as lack of old age,old-age care facilities,insufficient number of institutions,etc.These problems have led to the quality of life of the elderly in China lagging far behind the developed world.Therefore,the elderly in the house is still the main mode of retirement in China.This article is based on the current status of China's urbanization process is too fast,the real estate market is too extensive and so on,found that there is a lack of diversity of external activities of the elderly in China's residential areas and the existing space for the elderly lack of adaptability of outdoor activities and other issues,so to the north The study on the fine design of old age based on the behavior characteristics of the elderly was conducted in the outer space of the residential area.Firstly,it conducts a theoretical analysis of the basic characteristics and needs of the elderly living in residential areas and the characteristics and elements of the external space of the residential areas.Second,based on the theoretical research,three sites in Beijing and Jinan are investigated through on-site interviews and questionnaire surveys.The status quo of the external space of the settlements and the current situation of the elderly's outdoor activities were investigated.One of the settlements was selected for key analysis,and the characteristics of outdoor activities of the elderly in the northern region and the advantages and disadvantages of the old-age of the external space were analyzed.Finally,based on the scale of outdoor activities for the elderly,the external space of the residential area is divided into three categories and seven categories,and based on the three dimensions of spatial location,scale of scale,and characteristics of age-related details The method of exterior space design for settlements with human behavior characteristics focuses on the study of the impact of outdoor activities of older people in the winter.In the end,the external space optimization design was applied to actual residential projects.This article hopes to propose a method based on the characteristics of elderly people's living space design outside the settlement,can improve the relevant theory and practice,help improve the living environment for the elderly,and make contributions to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
